• The service is free, and is provided as is. We try to keep it working at all times, but there is no commitment to availability or to keeping the information forever.
• "Done" is the learner's own statement. The site does not check that the learning was done, and is not responsible for it.
• The organizer opens the board on behalf of the family, and is responsible for making sure the details of the deceased are correct and that they have permission to open the board.
• Dates: the target dates are calculated by accepted halakhic rules (details on the home page). For a practical question, ask a rabbi. The organizer can change any target date.
• The text: the vocalized mishnah is taken from the Torat Emet edition, which is in the public domain.
• Misuse, such as opening boards for anything other than learning or sending emails to people who did not ask for them, is forbidden, and the board will be deleted.
